Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before you hit the pavement.
How do I choose the right size roller skates?
We recommend measuring your foot in centimeters and comparing it to our specific size chart. Most of our skates fit true to size, but if you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit with athletic socks.
What is the difference between indoor and outdoor wheels?
Outdoor wheels are softer (78A-82A durometer) to absorb shocks from uneven pavement and debris. Indoor wheels are harder (90A-103A) to provide better slide and speed on smooth rink surfaces.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your skates' journey.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all skates in brand new, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on skates that show signs of wear or have been used outdoors.
Do I need to wear protective gear?
Yes, we strongly recommend wearing a helmet, knee pads, elbow pads, and wrist guards at all times. Safety gear is essential for skaters of all skill levels to prevent injuries during falls.
How do I maintain my skate bearings?
To keep your wheels spinning smoothly, avoid skating through water or sand. We recommend cleaning your bearings every 3-6 months with a dedicated bearing cleaner and applying a drop of synthetic skate lubricant.
