Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the skates and all accessories back into the original manufacturer's box, ensuring the wheels and boots are clean and free of outdoor wear.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it securely to the outer shipping carton, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of your returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 3-5 business days.
